Any problems of dissatisfaction are to be noticed before leaving the salon’s exit, within 24hrs, or no action can be taken to rectify any problems. CANCELLATIONS:  If the client wishes to cancel appointments at anytime, their deposit will be forfeited. Regarding Late Fees, Cancellations and/ or NO SHOWS: No Call/No Show = Banned from booking and Blocked of contact. 10min grace PERIOD. Over 10 mins late $35.00 late fee To avoid tardy penalty, arrive 15mins before scheduled appointment time. Text & emails help document each issue, properly. Cancellations are permitted 72hrs (3days) before each appointment. You are allowed 1 reschedule after booked appointment. (if you are unable to cancel appointment via site, you will be charged the remaining balance. to avoid this issue, please attend appointment.) 24 HOURS BEFORE : 100% of appointment service fee,  due will be withdrawn from card on file,  for canceling 24 hrs before appointment date. DAY OF APPOINTMENT DATE : 100% of appointment service fee (FULL BALANCE) will be withdrawn from card on file, for DAY OF cancellation. *If dues aren't submitted or  card on file declines, you will be banned from booking , and also blocked from contact.* $20.00 off service for stylist being late I believe in fairness. DEPOSITS : A nonrefundable deposit is required to book an appointment and will be credited towards your total. >Deposits are not refunded. Picasso the illestrator, accepts deposit payment, and other full service payment through Paypal. If any disputes are filed for refunds, this will result into the No refund violation. Purloining refunds will result into legal court matters and a $100.00  violation fee. This payment will withdrawn from the payment information rendered. PAYMENT : Final payment must be paid by Cash, Zelle or card on file. If I am unable to process the card on file, you will no longer have access to the site. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE EXACT AMOUNT AS I WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE ON HAND. Please comply to filling out all intake forms, color forms, loc extension application, and scalp analysis forms. Each form and consultations help manage expectations for both sides of the service experience. Prep visit instructions are crucial to ensuring a smooth service experience.
